About the Role

This isn't your typical VA role. We're looking for a proactive, organised Virtual Assistant to help streamline internal operations, support client onboarding, and take low-leverage tasks off the founder's plate.

EA Role Highlights

What You'll Be Doing

Responsibilities Cards

Supporting new client onboarding

Setting up accounts inside GoHighLevel

Building and updating workflows and automations

Implementing AI tools and integrations

Assisting with backend CRM organisation

Monitoring system performance

Updating internal documentation

Supporting client side execution tasks

Ongoing Responsibilities

Improving automation processes

Helping streamline internal workflows

Assisting the team with technical setup

Ensuring onboarding checklists are completed

Who We're Looking For

A systems minded assistant who enjoys building and improving backend processes.

You'll work 8 hours per day during UK hours.
