About the Role

About the Role

As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of client onboarding, financial tracking, and backend organization.

Invoicing & Finance

Managing invoices, tracking payments, and updating revenue sheets.

Client Onboarding

Ensuring a seamless start for new clients, including sending contracts and setting up accounts.

CRM Management

Keeping our GoHighLevel backend organized, building workflows, and managing automations.

Team & Operations Support

Assisting with KPI tracking, reporting, and recruitment coordination.

What You'll Be Doing

Finance & Reporting

  • Preparing and sending invoices
  • Tracking payments and updating revenue sheets
  • Updating KPI and monthly performance trackers

Client Onboarding

  • Sending contracts and agreements
  • Supporting new client onboarding
  • Setting up accounts inside GoHighLevel

CRM & Automations

  • Building and updating workflows and automations
  • Assisting with backend CRM organisation

Team Support

  • Supporting recruitment coordination

Who We're Looking For

You'd be a great fit if you have:

  • Strong attention to detail & high level of organization
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software (GoHighLevel experience is a massive plus!)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • Tech-savvy and highly adaptable to new systems

This is a full-time position. Working hours are typically Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM UK time, but we offer flexibility.
